Frequently Asked Questions and Pricing
- What are your hours?
-
I work Monday-Saturday. Text me today to schedule your Day, Drone and or Twilight shoot!
- Where are you located?
-
I am located in North Scottsdale. However, I do service all of Maricopa County and some surrounding Counties as well. Queen Creek, San Tan, Maricopa, Goodyear, Buckeye and Anthem have a $20 travel fee. Text me if you have any questions on location as I am sure we can work something out.
- Do you accept reservations?
-
I do accept reservations if you or your homeowner need a prescheduled set time. I do my best to work all orders in my route within 24-48 hours once I have received your listing order.
- What payment options do you accept?
-
Zelle is preferred. I also accept Venmo, Apple Pay and cash. If needed, I do accept Visa and Mastercard with a 4% transaction fee to cover fees via Square.
- How long is the typical wait?
-
You will have your edited photos back by the next morning at 10:00am. If it is a Twilight shoot, that takes an extra 24 hours to edit and complete. All photos are emailed with a Dropbox link which are labeled by photo and available to view and download to your computer at your leisure.
Horse photoshoots take 3 days to get back.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?
-
I understand that contractors, cleaning companies, carpet cleaners, landscapers, pool cleaners, painters etc... most always never finish on time. You have until 5:00pm the evening before the photoshoot to cancel. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged the ENTIRE fee as someone else could have had that spot in my route. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE AND READY TO PHOTOGRAPH WHEN YOU SCHEDULE WITH ME SO THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM. I hate paying for something I did not receive due to conflicts out of my control and not canceling in time and I don't want to have to implement this if it doesn't need to be. Thank you for your understanding.

Real Estate Photo Cleaning Tips:
- Make sure every light socket/lamp has a working bulb. Make sure they are all the same color light bulb. Some are warm and some are white. (White LED always photographs best)
- Make sure all fan blades are clean. (They do show up in pictures)
- Make sure to Declutter as much as possible. Make sure all counter tops are cleaned off to show the counter top real estate.
- Kitchens: Remove toasters, coffee pots, mixers, knife sets…. Take stuff off the fridge. Don’t put towels or dish rags on the handle bars on your Appliances as you want them to stand out. You don’t want buyers questioning lack of cabinet storage space to keep those things in. A plant or flower arrangement is fine to add to an island or close to the sink for staging. Remove the trash can. (Hide what you can in the oven, haha)
- Bathrooms: Make sure toilet lids are down (nobody wants to see inside the toilet) remove everything from the counter unless you have a pretty soap dispenser. Remove trash cans, plungers and toilet bowl cleaning wands, toothbrushes, soap, hair dryers, hair curlers etc…place a plant or something like that for visual staging interest next to the sink and on top of the toilet if desired. If you want the tub or shower highlighted, remove razors, shampoo, wash rags, loofas etc… you can place these things in the tub portion. I never photograph inside the tub.
- Bedrooms: Make sure everything is cleared out as best as you can. Put everything in the closet. I only photograph the Master Closet. So closets are a great place to hide things. Make sure the bed is made very well with a decorative throw blanket and pillows if available. Make sure tops of dressers are cleaned and cleared as good as you can. It’s ok if there’s a few things on them for decoration.
- Living spaces: Have them as clean and Decluttered as possible. It’s ok to have a basket full of decorative blankets, plant etc… to stage these rooms.
- Yard Scapes: Make sure no cars are in front of the house for photos. Make sure hoses are wound and weeds are pulled and everything is trimmed or at least as neat and tidy as possible.
- All lights on. All ceiling fans off. All blinds drawn down with the blades facing up 3/4 of the way so that they are open slightly so the light bounces off the ceiling.
- If possible, remove personal photos, religious art work. Some people are just weird about seeing that stuff. Make sure trash cans aren’t seen in front of the house.
- Remove anything that shows signs of pets in the household. Water/food dishes, beds and crates.
Wide angle lenses capture everything! There’s nothing to really hide from them. So just remember that. Clean. Simple. Decluttered yet a touch of staging.
